I meant to do this yesterday, but I must post it now before I forget it:

I had a lovely dream the night before last! I was in America on holiday, and I was staying in a big, beautiful hotel that used to be a mansion on the edge of a huge field. After the first night, I noticed there were some construction workers building a marquee thing not very far away from my hotel. I went and asked them what they were doing, and they said they were setting up for a special outdoor performance for some stand-up comedian. This piqued my interest, obviously, because I'm a comedy fan, but I didn't know who it was.

The day after that, posters were up in the hotel saying that Craig Ferguson was the one who was going to be performing. I got all excited until they said all the seats had already sold out, then I got all sad until they (I don't know who 'they' are, by the way - it's that kind of dream-knowledge you acquire out of nowhere) said that anyone could bring a blanket and grab a spot of grass for free, but it would be very obstructed vision. Of course, that didn't stop me.

At 5am the next day, I got up with my snuggly blanket and started to head to the marquee. On the way out, I met another girl who was also going to the marquee to see Craig - she was ill and tired, but she was determined to go see him anyway, and she had a camera with her. For some reason, I couldn't go back to get mine, so she promised she'd send some of the pics to me through e-mail. We went down there and got a good spot, not too far away from the stage, and chatted for a bit before drifting off to sleep.

I don't fully remember what happened when we woke up, but I'm SURE there was some sort of event. Anyway, Craig came out on stage and started to do his routine, but the microphone was completely dead so he had to go back offstage and wait for the tech guys to fix it before he could start again. Me and the girl (whose name I'm pretty sure was Elizabeth) sneaked around the back to try and get a few pre-show piccies. He saw us and waved us over, and we had a nice chat about...stuff...monkeys might have been involved. Anyway, then one of the tech guys came up and said it was going to be a while, so Craig just sat back and put his arm around me (SQUEE!) and we all chatted for a bit more, whilst Elizabeth took more pictures. Just before he went back onstage, Craig gave both me and Elizabeth a peck on the cheek and thanked us for our company.

When I woke up, my first words of the day were "oh FUCK, I thought that was real!". :'(
One day, dammit...one day I'll meet him...

The odd thing about that dream was that it wasn't only meeting Craig that filled me with happiness, but also meeting Elizabeth. I hope to meet a real 'Elizabeth' one day, she was so unbelievably nice ^_^

Anyway, that's enough of my stupid dream. :)

I'm starting to realise that I'm going to fail this maths exam...

We've gone over the whole curriculum now, and we're on to practice papers which is good, but it's still taking me forever to figure out what I'm supposed to do for each question - in today's lesson I spent half an hour on question 4, and I definitely would have taken longer if my tutor hadn't helped me out a little. Considering the exam is only an hour and a half, this is pretty bad progress. I'm revising my ass off, I don't know what else I can do.

There's two weeks until the exam. I can keep revising and doing the practice papers. There is nothing else I can do to help myself except hope that something in my brain clicks and it all comes together somehow. *stresses*

Of course, it isn't the end of the world if I don't pass - I can easily retake the exam next year, along with core module 2, although this obviously means a greater workload than if I was just doing core module 2...but if that's what it takes, that's what it takes.

(I still can't stop listening to Riverdance! What the hell is wrong with me!!!)

I am officially WIPED! Today I have:
- Done a little bit of maths revision
- Been for a forty-five minute, mostly-uphill, bike ride
- Thoroughly cleaned and tidied my bedroom and en suite
- Made and uploaded 51 icons
- Done my Almost-Daily Meme
- Planned a trip to Cornwall with Helen
- Started to plan a trip to Paris with Tom
- Laughed my ASS off at things people sent me over MSN and past fanfiction efforts
- Finished and posted chapter 2 of A Tale of Heroism
- Listened to the Riverdance album about 5 billion times - and I'm STILL not bored of it!!!
- Started my 'talk in life and literature' essay...but I am far too tired to do any more

[Craig and Jonathan] Umm...I don't know. I've never seen them interact before. So...I'll just say, in my room so I can sit and ogle them.

At Poole College, you have to apply for student help. Apply for help. Am I the only one who's missing the logic in this? Surely everyone is entitled to help...

Anyways, I've applied for student help, and am having an interview on Monday to see if I qualify. With my labyrinthitis/depression history I should be a shoo-in, but wish me luck!

ZOMG! PSYCHIC WEATHER SKILLLZZZ!!!

This is a totally pointless post, but I feel I must share this because I'm still amazed.
Two days ago, I was having a random conversation with my mum, and we got onto the subject of April Fools' Day (which was the next day). I don't know why, but I said "I bet the weather will be really nice tomorrow. Y'know, as an April Fools joke." Lo and behold, it was gorgeous all day - I had ice in my frigging drink, for crying out loud!
Yesterday evening, mum said "I hope this nice weather continues", and I said "I bet it won't. I bet it was an April Fools joke. Tomorrow will be back to the normal grey, rainy crap." LO AND FREAKING BEHOLD! I woke up and it was grey and overcast, there were a few drops of rain on the windows, and it was so windy we thought the tree by the stables would snap in half. In fairness, that wasn't the "normal" grey, rainy crap - it was a hell of a lot worse - but still!

Okay, I'll stop wasting your time now :) Go, go be productive, good people! xxx
